A dear reader (thank you Marni) just sent me a link to this charming Janet Hill painting and I bet you can guess why. Isn’t he a cutie? I’m so in love! The original was sold, but thankfully Janet’s Etsy shop is full of delightful prints!

My husband surprised me with Janet’s “Indira Visits the Countryside” print, and it hangs above my desk at home. A perfect piece of art for Silly Goose Farm!
Ah, I so love her work!
Oh, Katie!! How adorable! Isn’t Janet Hill just lovely?? I have been in love with so many of her prints for a while. Feels like a little storybook, no?
Xo
so glad you liked it katie! i love her paintings…”storybook” is the perfect word, ahhh.
awww! I featured her prints over Christmas! Did you see the Austen dresses print? So pretty…Mr.Darcy would adore as well :) I actually thought of you when I first stumbled upon them and that lovely post you wrote on P&P prints featuring favorite quotes!
I have a couple of her prints and I love them, but you add a dog in the mix, and it makes it just about perfect…
oh wow I want to move into that room. It is super great and I am totally going to check out her prints. I just love the swan painting.

Thank you SO much for introducing me to this beautiful etsy seller and artist! Her work is so gorgeous. I can’t wait to snap up a few but the hardest part will be narrowing down my favourites! Thank you.
I’m head over heels in love with her prints! I think I have like 5 sitting in my etsy favorites! am loving the method she uses to create that texture!
Love. Definitely want to snag this print – I also have a pug baby Katie, although my boy is now 6 and no longer as svelte as Alfred. Thanks for sharing!
Erica — I think you are the very first person to refer to Alfred as svelte! Love you! xoxoxo
Wouldn’t it be fun to have it made into notecards?
So cute! Her other work is lovely as well.
Speaking of all things pug, I thought this was to die for: http://www.etsy.com/listing/64008947/gift-certificate-skipper-pea-coat?ref=fp_treasury_6
