My sweet friend John Robshaw just had his Connecticut country house published by Elle Decor and I thought we’d take a peek. The textile designer bought the early 19th-century cottage in the Litchfield Hills as an escape from the city and with eight magnificent acres, it’s certainly that. The home showcases John’s fearless use of color and pattern in each and every room. I love that he fills his homes (his New York apartment also blew my mind) with treasures from his worldly travels and isn’t afraid to break a decorating rule or two. Explore more of John’s country home below and read the full article here.
