A few snippets of life lately:
– I spray painted the vintage wicker sofa I bought on Facebook Marketplace with this and I think it looks pretty darn chic in our sun room. I had the room’s walls, trim, and ceiling all painted Sherwin Williams’ Piedmont (a pretty blue/green hue that is very similar to Farrow & Ball’s Teresa’s Green but less expensive!) and shared a few snippets in my instagram stories.
– I was delighted to score a vintage burl wood coffee table for Simon’s office at a local consignment shop (similar here / here) and a fellow shopper insisted on delivering it to me herself because it wouldn’t fit in my car (that’s Southern hospitality for you!)
– Thursday afternoon is my first board meeting for GreenHill Center for NC Art. I look forward to sharing more about the gallery’s fantastic exhibitions and programing with you. If you find yourself in the Triad, be sure to add it to your list!
– I desperately need to tidy our house before my mom arrives from California on Friday. She’s here for a long weekend and we can’t wait to see her!
