Italy is one of my favorite places to visit in all the world and the newly renovated Four Seasons Firenze has me tempted to hop on a plane to Florence. The former 15th century palace and 16th century convent took seven years to renovate and includes many of the historic building’s original Italian Renaissance details (those chinoiserie walls! those fresco ceilings!). The 116 guest rooms were decorated by interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon and clearly, no detail was overlooked. From the stained glass windows to the glittering mosaics, a stay at the hotel must feel like traveling back in time. Below, explore more of the stunning Italian space.

I’ve stayed at both this property and the Villa Cora on the other side of the city- Villa Cora is my absolute favorite. Better food, better views, and better service!
