I first discovered the exquisite paper blooms of artist and stylist Livia Cetti while shopping in Paris last spring. The Astier de Villatte boutique on Rue de Tournon had four of her stunning arrangements on display, and even amid all the heavenly ceramics, Cetti’s faux florals stole the show. It’s no surprise then that her blooms can now be found in all the chicest homes from Chez Kate Schelter in New York to Rebecca de Ravenel‘s dreamy Los Angeles pad. Coveting some paper blooms of your own? Just last week, Cetti’s new book, The Exquisite Book of Paper Flower Transformations, was published and though I’m DIY-challenged (or just plain lazy), I’m determined to give it a try. In the meantime, let’s explore some of my favorite designs by Cetti below.
