This weekend I swung by the diptyque boutique on Madison for a momentary escape from the pre-issue-launch-madness. I fell in love with the fragrance above, ‘Eau Duelle’. It was “inspired by a voyage along the spice route” and has notes of bourbon and vanilla – so perfect for wintertime. I wore it out to dinner last night and I think it passed the test! Next I plan to treat myself to the ‘Ambre’ candle… I desperately wanted it as well, but I’m trying to pace myself!
Do you have a go-to Diptyque candle or fragrance? I’d love to hear!

I LOVE Eau Duelle! Another favorite of mine from Diptyque is “34 boulevard saint germain” so warm and yummy
Chelsea says
Oooh, I love indulgences like that. The wintery scent I have been loving is Atelier Cologne Aanille Insensée. Can’t wait for tomorrows issue!! xo
lili says
been contemplating that new scent. *love*

I love Diptyque! I started with a rollerball of L’Eau de L’Eau and loved it- went to buy more and came home with 34 Boulevard St. Germaine- unbelievable! Mmm, so warm and sexy. The scent lasts so long on my skin but doesn’t seem to overpower my surroundings. You’ve got to try it. Love Diptyque!

I’m currently obsessed with 34 Blvd. It’s heady, strong, and really rich. It’s amazing. Also love Oyedo. Much lighter and more playful.

Dying to try some Diptyque out!

I’ve been meaning to stop by that Diptyque store! The packaging alone is to die for… I assume the scents are just as lovely.

Yes, I wear Do Son every day!

I have to go back this week and try all of your recommendations! I smelled the 34 Blvd candle and loved it – didn’t realize there was a fragrance too?! I’m in trouble… :)
Robyn Mizrach McClelland says
YES! to Do Son – I’ve worn it for 3 years now, in Spring-Summer. It’s my favorite (along with Invasion Barbare by MDCI in Fall-Winter) – equally fresh & mysterious, lots of Indochine greenery & tuberose, elegant & a little gamine – would likely be perfection on you, m’dear!

I like Eau Duelle and carry the solid version of it in my handbag, but I adore Volutes, which is like a glam older sister to it: similar but richer and…different. In summer, I like to wear Philosykos.
Amanda says
Have had the ‘Figuire’ scent candle in my home for going on 10 years. It’s my favorite scent. This Christmas I also got the ‘Feu de Bois’ scent and am digging it too.
Kat says
Katie,
Love your style. Could you please tell me where you got the leopard print pillow that is behind the Diptyque bag?
Katie Armour says
Kat – Of course! It’s from Arianna Belle’s Etsy shop. Here’s a link: http://www.etsy.com/shop/AriannaBelle

In LOVE with Diptique! I go between the solid Eau D’uelle and the springier Philosykos. And am hooked on the Coriandre candle :)
Gabriella says
Philosykos is my go-to scent. Day or night, I love it.
Lauren says
Always have a Baies lit in the house, and love Olene for personal fragrance. Diptyque is my favorite!
chelsea horsley says
Yes!! Same scent:) It’s Chelsea Horsley from Instagram, although I’ve been a longtime reader here too. Thought I should say hello again. Isn’t Eau Duelle the best? I love that it’s warm and rich, but subtle too. I can’t get enough.
Tina says
Yes! I love the Roses candle, never thought I was a floral girl, but there you go. Also really like the Feuille des Lavande candle. Getting inspired by the posts, didn’t even know there was a coriander candle.
