At the risk of exposing my true nerdy self, I can’t wait to get my hands on the Katharine Hepburn postage stamps! They come out on May 12th, Hepburn’s birthday, as part of the U.S. Postal Service’s “Legends of Hollywood” series. Doesn’t she look fabulous? I’m convinced that, had I been born eighty years earlier, we would have been great friends…

Cashon & Co — I think it’s Ingrid Bergman in Casablanca, but you should still get the stamps because he’s probably a Hepburn fan as well : )

I saw these on a sign at the Post Office for May releases and broke out in a huge smile. I can’t wait! I think I’ll rewatch some of her sassiest moments in The Philadelphia Story and Bringing Up Baby until I can get my hands on the actual stamps.

I had no idea about this, so excited!! I am such a Katherine Hepburn nerd, if any of her films happen to be on tv you can forget plans because I’ll be sitting down to watch it. Can’t help it. I was so born in the wrong time period.

She’s so gorgeous.
