Marketing & Operations Coordinator
Overview
Join Katie Considers, a design-driven editorial brand celebrating interiors, fashion, travel, and cultural finds. I’m seeking a highly organized, proactive assistant who can seamlessly toggle between marketing support and operational tasks. I’m the big-picture, idea-driven creative who’s always dreaming up the next project—and I need a right hand who thrives on structure, checklists, and keeping everything on track. Think of this as balancing my creative whirlwind with your organizational superpowers.
Please note: An eye for design is a plus but not required. While you may occasionally support creative tasks, this is primarily an operations and marketing role.
Location
Ideally NYC, but highly qualified remote candidates will be considered.
Hours
10–20 hours per week to start, with the goal of growing into a full-time role as responsibilities expand.
Responsibilities
As part of the Katie Considers team, you’ll contribute to a variety of projects which may include:
- Overseeing the content calendar and scheduling across platforms
- Assisting with the production of static and video content for social media
- Helping create and format email campaigns
- Supporting with calendar coordination, reminders, and scheduling
- Coordinating and tracking collaborations, deliveries, and important launches
- Compiling performance reports and collaborating on brand strategy
- Assisting with community engagement
Ideal Candidate
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Loves systems, structure, and efficiency
- Tech-savvy and resourceful; quick to troubleshoot and find solutions
- Proficient with Google Suite, Canva, and social media platforms; familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp, Notion, Substack, and affiliate platforms (LTK, ShopMy, Amazon) is a plus
- NYC-based candidates can support occasional on-site shoots and errands; remote applicants welcome if communicative and responsive across time zones
Compensation
Hourly rate commensurate with experience, with room to grow as the role expands.
