Daily Hunt: February 11, 2025

Greetings beautiful people! My sweet boy is healthy again so this mama is back in business.

Lots to catch up on:

– Hill House just dropped their first spring looks and there are some great pieces. I have my eye on this, this, and this (and by “eye on” I mean I actually just caved and ordered it).

– The Mashburn team graciously sent me this silk skirt and I’ve been meaning to share it because it is STUNNING. I took the small (I’m 5’8″ if that’s helpful) and the length and fit are perfect (I love that it cinches so you can easily adjust the size of the waist and how high/low it sits). It’s one of those pieces you can pair with anything from a denim jacket (think Jenna Lyons at the Met Gala) to a simple turtleneck and always feel effortlessly chic. I’ll still be swishing around it in at cocktail parties in my seventies.

– PSA: The blue and white splatterware dinner plates, salad plates, small bowls, and butter dish are now available. I ordered the pitcher, platters, mugs, and serving bowls last week and they arrived and are such great quality for the price. I placed an enormous order again this morning and Simon is going to be so annoyed (our kitchen is TINY). I really want a set in the green color as well, but fear that would end in divorce.

– Wore this dress to Young Collectors Night at The Winter Show last month and it was a hit and more importantly, super comfy. Also treated myself to these iconic pajamas (cause they’re on sale and once in a blue moon I like to pretend I’m fancy).

– I grabbed to lunch at Sant Ambroeus recently with my friend Sarah (a ridiculously talented interior designer) and we showed up wearing the exact same sweater (I’ve been living in mine, it’s as good as everyone says) and shirt. Slightly embarrassing, but frankly Sarah is so stylish it made me feel far cooler than I really am.

– Who else loves Hanni?! They sent me some products to try and I am OBSESSED with this salve. You put it on while you’re in the shower and you don’t have to moisturize when you get out! I have extremely dry eczema prone skin in the wintertime and love that it’s super moisturizing and great for sensitive skin (no harmful ingredients!). The brand bills itself as “lazy bodycare for real people”–can I get an amen?
