Greetings from Seattle! We landed Sunday afternoon after a 15-hour journey (Alfred was such a trooper!) and it’s been a whirlwind ever since. Our landlord is allowing us to repaint the interior of the house, so we’ve spent the last two days painting the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and future nursery (!!!). We are, needless to say, exhausted! We still have the staircase, two upstairs bedrooms, and upstairs bath to go! I promise to share a “before” house tour later this week. Honestly, I haven’t really seen any of Seattle yet, but I’m sure I’ll get out of my painting clothes and explore our new city soon enough.
