I’m eager to share more sustainable fashion around here, so when an email landed in my inbox about the new vegan leather handbag company, Hozen, I couldn’t wait to see. Founded by Rae Nicoletti (she worked for the original Kate Spade), Hozen sources all eco-friendly materials from their gorgeous, grain-based synthetic leather to their organic cotton labels. Nicoletti studied hand leatherwork under Hermes master artisan Beatrice Amblard and wanted to found a brand that “brings together consumerism and good conscience in the chicest possible way.” Each design is produced in small batches at a fair-wage factory in Los Angeles and 10% of their profits are donated to Mercy for Animals. Definitely a mission I can get behind. Below, explore more of Hozen’s launch collection. How good is the bucket bag? Yes, please.

Patricia – Thank you so much! Sometimes I go a bit cross-eyed spending hours putting them together—so glad to know you’re finding things you love! xo
