Uniqlo X Liberty London: Japanese fashion brand Uniqlo just unveiled a colorful new collaboration with England’s Liberty London. Liberty’s iconic floral prints can be found on an affordable array of shirts, dresses, tote bags, and more. There are even cute little girls’ designs. Shop the collaboration online here.
The Nest by Cynthia D’Aprix Sweeney: Looking for a new book? I keep reading rave reviews of this debut novel. The four siblings of New York’s privileged and wildly dysfunctional (how often they go hand in hand!) Plumb family seem entertaining to say the least. Have you read it…? I’ve just treated myself to a copy.
Iris in Paris: I’m sad to be missing this fun exhibit on American style icon Iris Apfel at French department store Le Bon Marché. For the show, Iris styled up ten looks for her perfect day in Paris. Knowing Iris, they’re bound to be impossibly chic. Open until April 16, 2016.
Francofonia: This new documentary by the creator of Russia’s Ark reveals the history of Paris’ Louvre museum during the Nazi occupation. Said to be a stirring tribute to the legacy of art, I’m crossing my fingers it plays in Copenhagen. Opening in American theaters May 6, 2016.
So many killer designer collabs this spring! I’m not normally a big Liberty fan, but the images are really yummy. I also really liked Uniqlo’s line with Lemaire, and the Rodarte collection for & Other Stories…I want EVERYTHING, but I think I need a more exciting social life to justify sooo many hot party clothes ;)
