The editors of Tory Burch’s daily blog are always sharing cultural gems, and the work of contemporary artist Farid Rasulov is a recent favorite. A graduate of medical school (he had a change of heart…), Rasulov creates classic interiors and then meticulously covers every inch of them in traditional Azerbaijani carpets. Can you imagine strolling through one of his installations in person? I imagine it would be both dizzying and marvelous. Explore more of his installations below (click the photos to enlarge!).
