I’m head over heels for the latest batch of photos by the Cherry Blossom Girl.  Snapped at the studio of designer Maria Lucia Hohan, the dresses are dreamy beyond words!  All that ruffles and tulle and chiffon simply make my heart sing—who’s with me?

Ooh la la! The lovely dresses hanging remind me of a card illustration I did in the new Collection of a bride trying on a gown (www.oohlafroufrou.com) It’s the Ooh La Frou Frou Collection card entitled “Mother of the Bride” if you’re curious. If a post can be luscious and soft and beautiful, you’ve created it! Thanks for the beauty! Just started following you on Twitter & loving it!

Sandy — Your cards are so darling! I love the bridesmaids one with all the pretty green dresses all in a line. Thanks for introducing me to you site and for reading! xx

My Mom’s dress was like this, but on me since I am tall, I did feel a kinship to big bird. I do love them and wish I were a wee slip of a thing to take on all those ruffles.
thanks for your kind comments.
happy honeymoon dear.

PVE — Big bird? I don’t believe it! You do have me laughing. I understand you love/hate relationship with layers of ruffles, trust me. xx

:deepsigh: well not for me if PVE feels like a bird I’d resemble a elephant with a tutu… maybe I can just seat and watch you play… the first thought to my mind was “what a lovely place for a few girls to enjoy an afternoon dressing and playing up” :).
For me the tones are enough to die for ahahahah

I am so in love with these. Where is my engagement ring? I think I found a dress haha.
