Sometimes – when work, stress, etc are too much – I take a day off to… nothing.
Just being home, in that sanctuary space, and find myself again and refill batteries with just walking around, lounging around, just being there among my things and I resurface the next day as if I’d spent the day in a Swiss SPA LOL.
