Lyford Cay Club by Tom Scheerer

I’ve long admired the interiors of the Lyford Cay Club, but haven’t written about it until now. My in-laws got me interior designer Tom Scheerer’s gorgeous book for my birthday last year and it reminded me of my fondness for the island getaway. Located on a 1,000 acre estate in The Bahamas, the club is Member’s Only so unfortunately, I won’t be staying anytime soon. We can admire Scheerer’s design from afar though—the palm tree murals above are a favorite touch.
