I hope you all are staying healthy amid the coronavirus craziness. Here in Seattle we’ve been dealing with the crisis for many weeks so our family has been hunkered down and social distancing for quite some time now. Simon is fortunate to be able to work from home and I’ve been taking care of Gabriel round the clock (he just turned 15 months, where does the time go?!), so we’ve just been spending more time indoors than usual. Please take care of one another.
Moving along, I just wanted to let you know that starting tomorrow I am going to be removing all of the February finds from the Daily Hunt page (to peruse them one last time scroll down the Daily Hunt page), to make things load faster and keep things fresh! I plan to do this at the end of every month to start with a fresh slate, but clearly I’m way behind this month. Anyway, it’s your last chance to go through and explore any of my February favorites before they’re gone for good. I’ll continue putting up new finds each day, of course.
Thank you to all of you that have written to check in. I plan to be back to doing proper longer blog posts soon–I just took a breather to focus more time on Gabe. Love you all dearly. Stay safe.

Hi Katie! So good to see your name/blog/Daily Hunt again in my RSS feed! {Feedly}. Bless you all in Washington for being at somewhat “Ground Zero” of this ordeal. Praying it ends very soon.
In the meantime, it’s nice to have fun blog content to distract for a moment. And to hear updates on adorable Gabe!
I wanted to ask you about Daily Hunt. I have loved {and relied upon!} your wonderfully curated lists for a long time. But when it was moved to this new format, Daily Hunt has completely disappeared, practically speaking, from my shopping experience. The only way I ever see it now is by searching out the page on my own and tbh, it’s so much less convenient that I’m finding I never see/shop your amazing finds any more. : ( Is there any way to get each Daily Hunt either back on Feedly or maybe as an email each time you post a new one? Take good care and stay well. xo

Katie,
I’d love your take on how to make our homes (and selves!) feel cosy and pretty during this stressful and anxious time
Wishing you all good health!

I was getting worried about you and Gabe – so glad to hear you are all well and healthy! I can only imagine how very busy at 15 month old boy can be!
Looking forward to more great stuff!

Katie, thanks for sharing this post and glad to hear you are ok. As a long-time reader, I have been thinking about you and your family as I have read about Seattle’s terrible time with corona virus. I know all of your readers are sending you hugs and love during this crazy time!

Thanks so much Katie. Your emails are so fun to find in the morning …wasn’t sure if you plan to continue emailing your blog this year…or are we to go to the website instead?
It’s so easy to remember and navigate from your weekly? email updates.
The interior design books are my fav feature.
Thank you so much,
Stay well

Hi Katie! I hope you and your family are well and hanging in there during this time. I miss your posts but am loving pouring through your treasure trove of old posts. I still pop on every Saturday to peruse your picks with a cup of coffee and have loved delving through some of your old interior posts as I spruce up my apartment for working from home. You’ve been my style and design north star since high school (!) and this will always be my very favorite corner of the internet and a home that I come back to again and again for inspiration and comfort. Pouring through your home tours have been my favorite form of (much needed!) escapism right now. Anyway, just wanted to say thank you and let you know you and your work are extra appreciated! xx
