I love scouring Zillow for beautiful properties around the country and this dreamy home decorated by Bunny Williams in East Hampton, New York immediately stopped me in my tracks. I instantly recognized the living room from Bunny’s latest book, Love Affairs with Houses, and was delighted to explore more of handsome 19 Georgica Road. Just a mile from the beach, the exquisitely landscaped property spans on over an acre. The house was originally built in 1920 and boasts four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, and much more. Below, feast your eyes on the idyllic property. I don’t know about you, but I’m wishing I could move in!
The gorgeous grounds were designed by landscape Architect Edmund Hollander. The brick path leads to the front door.
Talk about a picturesque entrance! Love the greenery and those columns.
The foyer has radiant heated limestone flooring. I spy a fabulous Christopher Spitzmiller gourd on the console table.
Entering the living room, topiaries frame the view of the fireplace on the far wall. A large Beni Ourain rug keeps things light and bright.
This living room has to be one of favorite rooms Bunny has ever decorated. As I mentioned, you may recognize it from her book Love Affairs with Houses. How wonderful are those wide etageres in the back bursting with books?!
The kitchen has creamy white bead board cabinetry, a butler’s pantry, and a cozy breakfast nook.
A beautifully layered seating area with a gingham sofa, inlaid drinks table, and faux bamboo armchair.
One of the home’s four bedrooms with a magnificent mirror.
A second bedroom in a classic blue and white palette with a lovely four poster bed. I’m crazy about the legs on that nightstand.
The corner table and armchair in this sitting area are both from the Bunny Williams Home collection.
The brick terrace has pink lounge furniture and a dramatic painted trellis backdrop.
What a lovely place to lounge on a hot summer day.
Did I mention the pool area is surrounded by all white hydrangeas…?
Another shot of pool. Love the blue cushions on the chaise lounges–can’t go wrong with classic blue and white.
Peeking into the backyard through the gate.
The pool and patio look magical lit up at night. Perfect spot for a cocktail party.
