Today, I thought we’d admire the work of British artist and illustrator Susannah Garrod. I discovered her lovely work thanks to instagram and have been coveting one of her paintings ever since. From fashion illustration to lampshades to custom party invitations, the talented Central Saint Martins grad can whip up something memorable for any decor or occasion. Her style reminds me a bit of Andy Warhol’s whimsical drawings, so it was no surprise to read Susannah loves mid-century illustration. The artist’s impressive client list includes Tory Burch, Jo Malone, Harry Winston, and British Vogue (just to name a few!). I especially love her frequent ribbon and bow motifs.
