I’ve always dreamed of owning a beach or country house and this charming New England home has made my daydreams run wild. Located on a small island in Maine, the vacation cottage is owned by a family based in Charleston, South Carolina. After several summers in Maine, they finally pulled the trigger on a modest 1,200-square-foot cottage and set about making it their own.
