Consider folding a cashmere throw, kantha quilt, or vintage suzani at the foot of your bed. Invest in monogrammed linens (start with a pair of euro shams or guest towels). Embrace pattern (especially on the walls) and consider using the same print throughout the room. Renting? Consider removable wallpaper. Hang vintage plates as wall decor (these adhesive hangers are brilliant). Place a pair of matching table lamps on either side of the bed and consider a statement lantern for the ceiling. That blue room, wow! I love that you are embracing your phases in a time where everyone else is striving to be a minimalist. Good for you for staying true to yourself. My husband is endlessly making fun of me for my phases! And we’ve been together since I was 16, so he’s seen them all.
