While strolling around town yesterday I did a double-take — the Banana Republic windows looked seriously chic. They’re calling it #thenewBR and with womenswear designer Marissa Webb (formerly of J.Crew) at the helm, it’s no surprise they’re killing it. I grabbed lunch with Marissa awhile back in Manhattan and can attest that the woman is not only super stylish, but also ridiculously fun. Did I mention she’s also a proud pug owner? I rest my case.
