I can’t get over how beautifully crafted these hand-bound map journals are by Campbell Raw Press in Brooklyn, New York. I think they would make a lovely bon voyage or graduation gift, don’t you? This map features France and Corsica, but I’m also smitten with the New York subway map journal.
It’s like my two loves old maps and notebooks made a love child!!
I love it!!

I have a map journal, but this hand-bound one is so pretty!! I love the photographs.
I’ve always loved old maps! I would someday love to come across an antique store with a few and place them all over the house. One in the kitchen so I could challenge myself to try new recipes. One in a living room/library for obvious reasons and then one in an office to remind myself to take a vacation every once in awhile. An old map covered journal is perfect to plan all those wonderful adventures.
wow, seriously gorgeous! I love anything with a map on it!
Lovely! You are in the middle of a cross-country move and you still find us all the best stuff! Have a wonderful weekend and Memorial Day. And today is the last day for my giveaway (it’s on Monday’s post) so try to stop by if you can!
xoxo,
Stephanie
Oh these are so beautiful! I just might need to get myself one to chronicle my summer travels. xx
I think I need one of these!!
A journal is a remarkable thing, an object just waiting to capture memories and thoughts and experiences. The hardest thing is knowing where to start; that first, white page is so full of opportunity and ideas, that the first penstroke has to be just right.
absolutely love these for a graduation gift. thanks for the idea!
