It’s been raining an awful lot this summer so when I came across Bella Umbrella I couldn’t help but smile. It’s no surprise the lovely designs hail from rain drenched Seattle, Washington. Created by Jodell Egbert, a vintage umbrella collector, the company’s “Signature Bella” Pagoda design (pictured above) hints at the past while still being sleek and stylish. My favorite part of Egbert’s company however, is her rare vintage umbrella collection known as “Vintage Bella” that are available to rent for special occasions. Not wanting to rent a large, obtrusive tent for her own wedding, Egbert collected 75 vintage umbrellas from the 1920’s to 1940’s for her guests. Such a charming, creative, NEO-traditional solution! Below are some of the many umbrella’s in the Vintage Bella Collection.
