I first spotted this timeless blue and green bathroom by Alexander Interiors of Nashville on instagram and couldn’t resist sharing it with all of you. Photographed by the brilliant Leslee Mitchell (she is such a talent!) and decorated by the lovely Tori Alexander, the space has the prettiest pale blue wainscoting, green scenic wallpaper, and brass finishes throughout. Alexander didn’t overlook any of the details — note the pretty marble countertops, gorgeous vanity mirrors, Wedgwood Jasperware bath accessories (find similar blue designs here and here), and fabulous armchair upholstered in Colefax & Fowler’s Bowood print. Below, check out more the gorgeous space and if you like, explore Alexander’s impressive portfolio here.
The classic monogrammed bath and hand towels are by Weezie.
Colefax & Fowler’s Bowood print fabric is only available to the trade, but you can often find yardage on eBay. I’m a huge fan of including upholstered furniture in bathrooms–it makes them feel so much more English and cozy!
Fresh blooms (especially peonies!) are always a good idea.
I love that the bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. The gorgeous gold leaf finished semi-flush mount is by Bunny Williams Home.
The wallpaper looks like a custom color of Waterperry by Sanderson.
The small side table by the bathtub is wonderfully practical for placing jewelry, a phone, or a book.
The shiny brass fixtures will only look better with time.
Equally handsome are the brass Visual Comfort Co. sconces (get a similar look here) flanking the fabulous Bungalow 5 mirrors.
The vintage soap dish, vase, and jar are a lovely touch on the marble vanity top. Shop for your own green Wedgwood Jasperware accessories on Etsy or eBay.
